He started his career on 1989 with Grand Hyatt Bali 12 years, then 2 years with Grand Hyatt Dubai and 10 years with Bumbu Bali Restaurant and Cooking School.Traveling around the World promoting Balinese food: Guam, Austria, Switzerland, Malaysia, Sri Lanka and back to Dubai to Fairmount Hotel and Burj Al Arab Hotel.
Now Chef Bagus has opened and running his own Restaurant and Cooking School in Kuta.
